English Text
We, Brandon W. Millholland-Corcoran,

Preamble
From ancient times, the holy Church has employed titles not as ornaments of glory but as signs of duty and truth. It is therefore fitting that the head of this Communion bear a proper title, one which declares his office: not as a lord but as a servant, not as a prince but as a minister, not as an author of faith but as its delegate.
Decree
Therefore, with binding force in perpetuity, We decree:
1. That the primatial bishop of this Communion shall henceforth be named Chief Legate-Bishop (Legatus Episcopus Maximus).
2. That in public and private usage he may be simply called the Legate.
3. That in apostolic bulls and other solemn constitutions, the following titles shall be listed in their proper order.

6. Legatus pro Christo — Legate on behalf of Christ
7. Consul per Christum — Consul through Christ
8. Servus Altissimi et Corporis — Servant of the Most High and of the Body
9. Operarius in Vineam Christi — Laborer in the Vineyard of Christ
10. Servus Christi — Servant of Christ
11. Defensor Arundinum Confractorum — Defender of the Bruised Reeds
12. Credens — Believer
Conclusion
We establish and confirm these titles and command that they be observed in perpetuity, so that the nature of this office may always be clear, and that our successors shall employ them in the same order and words.
Given at the Basilica of Saint Longinus the Centurion, this 29 day of September in the Year of Our Lord 2025.
