About the Bishop Ecclesiae
Brandon serves as the First Presiding Bishop of the Holy Catholic Church of the Gospels, a Gospel-rooted, radically inclusive Christian denomination committed to sacramental worship, doctrinal clarity, and uncompromising compassion.
Ordained in 2017, Bishop Brandon began his ministry in homes, funeral parlors, and living rooms—wherever people had been denied a place by traditional churches. Out of this itinerant work came a deeper calling: to create a church that would not simply quote the Gospel, but live it. Thus, the HCCoG was born, grounded in the belief that the teachings of Christ should be proclaimed in their fullness—without bias, without gatekeeping, and without compromise.
He has studied theology through Christian Leaders University and has dedicated over a decade to exegetical study of Scripture, with particular focus on the linguistic, cultural, and theological roots of the Gospels. Proficient in the nuances of biblical Hebrew and Aramaic, Bishop Brandon brings a scholarly and Spirit-led lens to preaching, teaching, and liturgical development.
Bishop Brandon has officiated multiple baptisms, funerals, and marriages, particularly for individuals and families whose prior churches refused them these rites due to doctrine, orientation, or questions of worthiness. His episcopal work reflects the values he preaches: that all people are made in the image of God, and that no one is ever beyond the reach of grace.
In addition to his pastoral vocation, he is actively pursuing a career in pharmacy,
Bishop Brandon is a firm believer that the Church must be both ancient and adaptive—rooted in apostolic faith, yet always reforming in the direction of love, mercy, and justice. He welcomes all who are seeking, doubting, returning, or just beginning.
“Come as you are. Ask what you must. Christ is still calling”
